On the hills of Medesano, the company of the Bertinelli family produces milk since 1895. Today the company is a unique reality where experience, innovation and nature blend in to produce high-quality, healthy and genuine foods.
All field products are used for the nutritional needs of the cattle present. Milk is used by our dairy for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. Everything is strictly controlled and guaranteed by Quality and Traceability certifications.
Millesimato is Parmigiano Reggiano made with the best milk of our beef. The best milk is that of the animals that have been born for a few days, at most 100. The milk of newborn mothers is much nutritious, because it is concentrated in protein. Once curdled, it spontaneously gives away the water it contains, making it particularly suitable for the production of hard cheese.
